RTBC's home renovation program includes extensive repair services provided by teams of
volunteers on Rebuilding Day, which occurs annually during the month of April. T
his year's
projects have been selected. Applications for 2011 will be available beginning May 1.

RTBC provides renovations services to eligible nonprofit agencies on April Rebuilding Day
and on special project days during the year.
RTBC provides some safety modifications and emergency repairs for eligible homeowners
throughout the year, to the extent that funds and volunteers are available.

HUD Low-Income Guidelines

Rebuilding Together Bergen County uses the following guidelines set by the Department
of Housing and Urban Development for Bergen County.  To see if you qualify for
assistance, calculate your total annual
household income and compare it to the
maximum annual income listed for the number of people who live in your home:

1 person: $44,800                5 people: $69,100
2 people: $51,200                6 people: $74,250
3 people: $57,600                7 people: $79,350
4 people: $64,000                8 people: $84,500
